Go to Slideshare.net.   Open free account and upload powerpoint presentation into slideshare.net      Look for ispring free at ispringsolutions.com

Video

You must upload from youtube.  You must first sign up at youtube.   Find your video and get the url address and use that to add your video.

Pictures

Type or copy and paste text you want in the post.  Search for picture and save to desktop.  Above the toolbar to the right of upload/insert is the image icon. Click on that then select file, highlite picture and open.

Choose size of picture wanted .
